I’m a painter, writer, performer and performance teacher (though I don’t do much performing these days).

I’ve spent my life working in theatre and dance roudn the world - mainly in avant-garde, experimental, non-mainstream physical work.

These days I live quietly in rural Ireland.

Here I write about stuff that matters - culture, po.itics, community, art, nature. I’d love you to connect, to comment, to contribute.
